World Food Day workshop

To mark World Food Day, YOENT/Asbl organised a workshop on food security in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

“Food security in the DRC: the contribution of young people, challenges and prospects”

Workshop theme

The workshop took place in the Maiko room of the new administrative building, from 8.30 am to 2 pm. It brought together young people, women, officials and partners around a key question: how can Congolese youth contribute to sufficient, healthy and sustainable food for all?

This event is part of our Socio-economic development and Advocacy and governance pillars: promoting agriculture, fighting food insecurity and making young people’s voices heard by decision-makers.
